Your tasks will be:
- Establishing, operating, and continuously improving the EHS system of the organization, as well as strengthening a safety-conscious corporate culture;
- Supporting the development and implementation of the EHS training system and continuously improving EHS training related to projects;
- Developing employees’ safety mindset and safety management competencies, and increasing safety awareness across the entire organization;
- Supervising on-site safety activities within the warehouse area, including identifying and managing area-specific risks and hazards;
- Identifying and managing potential hazards, as well as investigating and handling accidents and incidents;
- Supervising the designation of fire safety zones, coordinating related risk assessments, and defining the necessary protective measures within the operation.
- Evaluating the EHS performance of the organizational unit and supporting continuous improvement measures.
What we expect from you:
- You hold a qualification as an Occupational Health and Safety Engineer or Specialist;
- At least 3 years of experience in safety management in warehouses or manufacturing companies;
- Knowledge in the operation of warehouse fire safety systems;
- Experience in equipment safety design and commissioning, as well as in fire emergency management and on-site safety supervision;
- Familiarity with the International Organization for Standardization management systems ISO 45001 and ISO 14001;
- Fluent English skills;
- Willingness to work on-site in Debrecen.
