JOB TITLE: Regional Ambassador
SALARY RANGE: £40,000 - £45,000 (OTE: £60-65K uncapped)

ABOUT THE ROLE
As our regional ambassador, you’ll be responsible for business growth across your region for our B2B product offering. You’ll become an expert on our different brands, products and services and be able to adapt the brands and offerings to a client's specific requirements. This will involve predominantly targeting letting agents, landlords and prop tech businesses to build and progress a pipeline of prospective customers through to close to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage and progress a pipeline of leads
- Book and attend client meetings across your region
- Produce and submit professional commercial proposals to prospective clients
- Attend monthly sales meeting
- Drive awareness of our brands with networking events
- Achieve quarterly and annual KPIs
- Keep our CRM system up to date
- Understand market trends and update the business to create market leading offerings
Candidate Profile
- Energy or Letting agency experience preferred (but not essential)
- Experience in driving sales into new regions and becoming the go to expert
- A target driven person that can bring energy into a vibrant team
- Experience building strategic partnerships and maintaining them
- Able to work as part of a team and thrive individually
- At least 3 years’ experience with a proven track record in an external facing B2B sales role
- Occasional nights away for sales meetings, networking events, client meetings
