Position
We’re looking for a hands-on and reliable
Warehouse Operator to join our Industrial Operations team, supporting the efficient and safe management of materials and logistics in a fast-paced and operational environment.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring warehouse activities run smoothly, supporting supply chain and project operations.

What you’ll do
- Plan and organise the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Sort and place materials accurately within storage areas and shelves
- Pick and collect items across the warehouse, preparing orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
- Prepare and complete shipments, including processing and loading delivery notes
- Manage delivery documentation and supply orders through ERP systems (SAP)
- Optimise warehouse space and use of handling equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Perform inventory controls using ERP systems (SAP)
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, finance, and suppliers for aligned warehouse processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement of warehouse procedures and support HSEQ audits
- Ensure full compliance with HSE procedures, reporting any hazards or incidents and maintaining a safe working environment
Requirements
🎯
What we’re looking for
- High school diploma
- Previous experience in warehouse management
- Ability to operate forklifts and cranes
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (including Project/Planner tools)
- Good communication skills in both English and Italian

- Experience in structured or industrial environments
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards in logistics operations
- Strong practical mindset and attention to detail
