What To Expect
In this role, you will serve as the Data Analyst supporting Supply Chain department. You will be leading effective utilization of large supply chain data sets, delivering impactful analytics solutions for Supply Chain Program Managers (SCPMs), and contribute continuous improvement efforts across supply chain. The ideal candidate is a proactive and technically versatile analyst who thrives on automating manual workflows, building scalable tools, and solving complex supply chain problems with data.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain tools, dashboards, and platforms that provide end-to-end visibility into supply and demand planning across multiple tiers of the supply chainDesign and run supply simulations to identify gating supply chains, forecast risk, and support proactive decision-making by planning, SCPM, and GSM teamsAutomate daily operational workflows to eliminate manual processes and drive operational excellence across Material Planning, GSM, and Component GSM teamsQuery and analyze large-scale datasets using SQL to uncover supply chain trends, exceptions, and actionable insightsDevelop Python-based automation scripts and data processing pipelines for data extraction, transformation, reporting, and simulation modelingSupport leadership with dashboards, ad-hoc analyses, supply risk assessments, and quarterly operational summariesIndependently manage multiple analytical projects, platform builds, and data support requests, ensuring objectives and deadlines are met
What You'll Bring
Degree in quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Business Analytics) or equivalent experience or evidence of exceptional ability with 4+ years of work experience in supply chain analytics, demand/supply planning, or a related analytical roleStrong proficiency in querying large datasets using SQLExperience with Python for data analysis, automation, and pipeline development (e.g., pandas, NumPy)Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, run simulations, and present findings clearly and conciselyA collaborative, flexible, and open working style with the ability to build trust and credibility across planning, GSM, and systems teamsExperience creating dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or similar is highly preferred

Expected Compensation
$72,000 - $162,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
