Tesla is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to join our Finance Transformation team. This role will drive process improvement, system enablement, and automation initiatives across Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with a focus on building scalable solutions across core financial flows (Order-to-Cash, Inventory-to-Cost).
The Program Manager will partner with a range of stakeholders and teams to identify high-impact opportunities and deliver cross-functional programs end-to-end. This is an execution-focused role for someone who can translate finance requirements into systems and process improvements, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You'll Do
Drive business process improvement, automation, and system enhancement initiatives across Finance, Accounting, and Tax Collaborate with key stakeholders to document current business processes and utilize data insights to identify areas of improvement with the highest impact Translate finance/accounting requirements into scalable system and process solutions in collaboration with stakeholders Present recommendations to executive leadership, providing clear justifications and potential outcomes Identify and drive automation and AI opportunities across manual, repetitive workflows and track success through defined KPIs Lead new market enablement and entity setup projects, ensuring alignment of local requirements with global finance processes Monitor project success through data insights, analyzing key performance indicators and making necessary adjustments
What You'll Bring
3-5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects in a global organization with a focus on finance and accounting initiatives being a plus Impeccable organizational skills and acute attention to detail Proven ability to handle multiple projects with competing priorities Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering professional presentations to senior-level managers and executive leadership Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new concepts and proactively seek clarification when needed Comfortable working in a complex, fluid, fast-paced, and demanding work environmentStrong ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal

Expected Compensation
$72,000 - $126,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
