What You'll Do
Design and deliver engaging technical training content across in-person and virtual formats for audiences of any size Collaborate with engineers, business leaders, technical writers, and frontline employees to develop accurate and impactful learning material Conduct learner needs assessments and customise training programs to drive skill retention across diverse audiences Continuously evaluate and improve training programs by gathering feedback from learners and key stakeholders Manage training logistics, documentation, and administration to keep programs running smoothly Stay across evolving Tesla products and processes through regular engagement with internal subject matter experts
What You'll Bring
2+ years of combined experience in instructional design, technical writing, training, content development, and/or training facilitation, preferably in a high-tech or product-centric environment.Strong understanding of, and ability to critically apply, core concepts of training, curriculum development, and adult learning theory in the creation and delivery of content aligned with business needs.Proficiency or experience using content creation tools such as Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Photoshop, Visio, etc., or similar.High proficiency in MS Office Suite and related tools for efficient communication.Eagerness and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where objectives adapt quickly to evolving industry needs.Japanese language skills are a big plus!
