Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our Global Technical Support Center (GTSC) team. This customer-critical role directly impacts customer satisfaction and requires strong automotive technical expertise gained through engineering, diagnostics, or retailer/workshop experience.
The successful candidate will support dealer technical concerns through the GTSC VTAG system, provide advanced diagnostics guidance, and collaborate closely with R&D, manufacturing, customer service, and field teams to improve product quality and service performance. This role also involves technical coaching, field investigations, training delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives across the aftersales network.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support dealers/workshops in diagnosing and resolving technical issues remotely and onsite.
- Provide technical guidance to support teams and monitor recurring field issues.
- Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and Customer Service teams to improve product quality.
- Analyze vehicle data, create technical reports, and maintain troubleshooting documentation.
- Deliver technical training and support product launches when required.
- Travel onsite as needed to support workshop activities.
Requirements:
- Experience in automotive diagnostics, technical support, or workshop engineering.
- Strong understanding of EV systems, ECUs, CAN bus, and electrical/electronic systems.
- Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Russian and English proficiency is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to travel frequently.
