What To Expect
The ideal candidate has experience performing general, preventative and emergency maintenance of overhead doors. As well as strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, controls, plumbing and process systems operation and maintenance.
What You'll Do
Maintain, install, operate, diagnose, analyze and repair for Service doors, Fire rated doors, Fabric doors and Rubber doorsFamiliar with NFPA 80 & 480 voltsUpdate CMMS with all work being planned Plan and execute other skilled mechanical or electrical servicesMake periodic inspections of all doors to include Monthly and Annual inspectionsMonitor and support subcontractors in performance of work
What You'll Bring
Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance in an industrial/commercial environmentAbility to consult manuals, read and interpret circuit diagramsBasic proficiency in MS Office Suite specifically Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPointExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalDisplays positive attitudes and practices good work ethics that reflects the mission, philosophy, and goals of the company
