The Order Operations Specialist is a member of the global sales operations team with a focus on the local market. In this fast-paced internal focused position, you will directly support the accurate administration of customer orders and transactions in Tesla’s systems.
This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic, motivated and detail focused individual wanting to establish a career within Tesla.
This role is a 12 Month Contract (Maternity Leave cover).
What You'll Do
Responds to information requests related to orders from Sales, Delivery, Service and other departments throughout the organisation, providing ongoing guidance on implemented processesRecording of customer and financial information and ensures quality of data in and other internal systems that support sales, production and financial managementMaintains a database of all applicable fees and charges related to the vehicle purchase processWorks closely with Sales and Delivery to ensure correct documents are provided at time of saleCoordinates with Finance and IT to ensure orders and payments are accurately captured in all downstream systemsInvestigates system discrepancies quickly and finalizes solutionsProvide regular assistance to the Enterprise sales teamArticulates specific ideas on how to further refine systems or processesParticipates in testing of new and updated system logic and procedures
What You'll Bring
2+ years’ experience in an operationally-related role or within the automotive industryExcellent time management, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to adapt to frequent changeSuperior attention to detail under tight deadlinesComfort working with multiple teams and colleagues from various management levelsProven ability to work well with others in a team environmentWillingness to work on a flexible schedule, according to activity volume
