Key Responsibilities
1. Cooperate with regional sales teams to explore market and product demands, and assist in drafting strategic plans.
2. Facilitate the development of regional sales competence, systems and mechanisms; align R&D, production and supply resources to meet sales KPIs.
3. Build and upgrade the brand reputation of regional after-sales services.
4. Manage key sales projects and standardized processes, and conduct comprehensive risk control.
Qualifications
1. Master’s degree, major in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
2. Optimistic and open-minded; excellent execution, communication skills and results-driven awareness.
3. Advocate teamwork with a proactive and aspirational work ethic.
4. Superior communication skills, sharp customer insight, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable team management and collaboration ability, and great stress tolerance.
5. Accept overseas business trips; overseas study or working experience is preferred. Fluent English for professional use; ready for long-term assignment in ASEAN nations.
