What To Expect
Seeking a hands-on customer-service oriented HR leader to provide business partnership to senior leaders of production and direct leadership to several frontline HR Business Partners. The associate manager will provide oversight of all HR processes and properly resolve team escalations. The ideal candidate will be solutions-oriented, enjoy engaging with frontline employees, provide exceptional customer-service, and have a broad HR background with experience managing and developing others.
The Associate Human Resources Manager will be the strategic partner for senior level leaders of production, ensuring to maintain a pulse of current initiatives and work across business and HR teams to drive solutions sustainable for the future, while also managing a subset client group. The Associate HRM will continually assess direct reports to grow and develop competencies that support HR team succession planning.
What You'll Do
Proactively take ownership of key projects and initiativesWork with HR Partners on outlining goals and providing them the necessary tools and opportunities to work towards those goalsEnsure alignment of priorities and support of key business process and initiatives with leadership of HR Develop, host and facilitate a development session for all HR production team membersExercise sound judgement when reviewing information and maintaining confidentiality Provide support to frontline employees and leaders—jumping in to support the team as needed, with high visibility on the floor providing exemplary support to our team membersDemonstrate a high level of accountability and honesty—does the right thing even when difficult
What You'll Bring
