At BYD Chile, we are looking for a Paid Media Digital Specialist who is passionate about performance marketing and data-driven decision-making.

Your Mission
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our paid digital media strategy, maximizing lead generation, qualified traffic, and conversions aligned with business goals and brand positioning.
What You’ll Do
- Design, implement, and optimize campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok Ads
- Manage campaigns on a daily basis: budgets, bidding strategies, audiences, targeting, and creatives
- Monitor key KPIs:
- CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate
- Create weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights
- Continuously optimize campaigns using data:
- A/B testing
- Audience segmentation
- Ad copy and creative formats
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop performance-driven assets
- Implement and manage tracking:
- Meta Pixel
- Google Tag Manager
- Conversion API (nice to have)
- Execute campaigns focused on:
- Lead generation (forms / test drives)
- Website traffic
- Branding & awareness
SEO & Web
- Optimize on-page SEO (keywords, metadata, content structure)
- Support organic search positioning strategies
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
- +2 years of experience in digital performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads (intermediate/advanced)
- Meta Ads (intermediate/advanced)
- TikTok Ads (intermediate)
- Experience with:
- Google Analytics 4
- Google Tag Manager
- Intermediate SEO knowledge
- Strong results-oriented mindset and analytical skills
