In BYD we are looking your talent as "Training Instructor Specialist" is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance aftersales service performance across the dealer network. The role requires teaching expertise and a solid understanding of aftersales KPIs, profitability, and service management processes.
IMPORTANT: This is not a role related with manufacture or design in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver aftersales training courses for service managers and dealership staff.
- Develop and update teaching materials, training procedures, and participant engagement activities to enhance learning outcomes.
- Organize and manage training logistics, including course planning, participant confirmation, credit rules, and certification ceremonies.
- Produce and distribute training materials, supplies, and promotional content to support on-site learning and knowledge retention.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Support training-related data management, including reporting, attendance, and KPI tracking.
- Ensure training content aligns with aftersales profitability drivers, KPIs, and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Education, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in Corporate training, Learning & Development, Technical instruction, Operational training programs. Desirable in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of aftersales operations, KPI calculations, and profitability models in dealership environments.
- Strong teaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to use interactive methods (games, group dynamics, activities) to improve learning retention.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
- English: Advanced for communication with global teams
