General Mission or Objective of the Position:
Ensure the proper evaluation and continuous improvement of service and customer experience processes within the BYD dealer network through audits, mystery shopping visits, and operational analysis, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards, brand experience, and efficiency in sales and aftersales operations.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
1. Conduct mystery shopping visits to BYD dealerships and competitor dealer networks.
2. Evaluate service quality, customer experience, and commercial processes.
3. Prepare reports and present audit findings and investigation results.
4. Follow up on detected issues and verify implementation of corrective actions.
5. Support activities related to PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) and aftersales processes.
6. Monitor the correct implementation of warranty and maintenance programs.
7. Analyze operational information and identify areas for improvement.
8. Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Operations teams to improve processes.
9. Conduct product and service demonstrations, presentations, and workshops.
10. Support special projects related to customer experience and service quality improvement.
