- 为MAX/RC/RSE/T-Box/RSU及跨域项目提供端到端软件项目管理支持
- 担任Scrum Master推动敏捷转型（包括迭代计划、站会、项目增量规划等）
- 协调软件/硬件/系统团队达成一致并形成书面决议
- 组织风险管理会议并落实缓解措施
- 监控项目数据（任务/资源）并建立分析看板
- 使用think-cell/数据透视表制作高管级可视化报告
- 优化工作流程并实施项目管理工具改进 任职要求：
- 精通STARC/JIRA/Confluence/MBOS/飞书平台
- 5年以上汽车软件项目管理经验
- 高级PPT/Excel技能（数据透视表、think-cell图表）
- 熟悉ASPICE及汽车网络安全标准
- 英语流利（跨部门协调能力）
- 可代理主持风险评审会议
- 持有SAFe/Scrum认证
- 具备车联网/ADAS项目经验 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end SW project management support for MAX/RC/RSE/T-Box/RSU and cross-domain projects.
- Serve as Scrum Master to drive Agile transformation (sprint planning, standups, PI planning).
- Coordinate alignment between SW/HW/system teams with documented decisions.
- Conduct risk management meetings and implement mitigation measures.
- Monitor project data (tasks/resources) and build analytical dashboards.
- Generate executive reports with think-cell/PivotTable visualizations.
- Optimize work processes and implement project tooling improvements. Requirements:
- Expertise in STARC/JIRA/Confluence/MBOS/Feishu platforms.
- 5+ years in automotive SW project management
- Advanced PowerPoint/Excel skills (pivot tables, think-cell).
- Familiarity with ASPICE and automotive cybersecurity standards.
- Fluent English for cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to deputize in risk review meetings.
- SAFe/Scrum certification.
- Experience with telematics/ADAS project ecosystems.
