- Channel Management – Develop and manage diverse sourcing channels (e.g., executive search agencies, employee referrals, job boards, campus recruitment), track channel effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement. -Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner closely with KAM to understand pain points, clarify role profiles, and improve interview efficiency and candidate experience. -Data Analytics & Reporting – Provide regular recruitment reports and dashboards (e.g., time-to-fill, funnel conversion rates, channel contribution) to support data-driven decision making. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, English, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in the automotive industry
