What tasks are waiting for you?
- Comprehensive administration related to TAJ number applications:
- Collecting the necessary data;
- Accurately recording data in spreadsheets and official documents;
- Preparing application forms and order forms based on the provided information.
- Handling sensitive personal data with special attention to data protection and accuracy.
- Supporting the HR team in the following areas:
- Preparing employment contracts, information documents, and job descriptions;
- Entering data into Excel spreadsheets;
- Creating entry cards;
- Performing other ad hoc administrative tasks.
You are the perfect candidate if you:
- Are currently pursuing a BSc or MSc degree in economics or a related field;
- Are reliable and discreet, especially when handling sensitive personal data;
- Can work at least 25–30 hours per week in our Debrecen office;
- Have confident English language skills;
- Are confident in using Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
