What tasks await you?
- Responsibility for production organization and site management in the assigned area of the battery plant;
- Ensuring that all operational indicators of quality, safety, delivery and costs are achieving target goals;
- Organizing and controlling the manufacturing processes from ramp-up to serial production in the assigned area;
- Analysis of the cost consumption, and formulate cost control measures;
- Participating in customer audit to improve customer satisfaction;
- Represent safety systems, carry out regular safety inspections, and prevent the occurrence of safety incidents.
You are the perfect candidate if you:
- Hold a university degree;
- Have strong English communication skills, both written and spoken;
- Have proven leadership experience in an automotive manufacturing environment;
- Possess excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities;
- Are proactive, responsible, and results-driven.
It’s an advantage if you have the following:
- Experience in battery manufacturing.
