About the Role: Lead our technical aftersales operations and service training programs across Malaysia, ensuring exceptional service quality, effective complaint resolution, and continuous improvement of technical competencies within our dealer network.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technical service standards and procedures for the dealer network
- Design and deliver comprehensive technical training programs for dealer service personnel
- Create and maintain technical documentation, service bulletins, and repair manuals
- Establish quality control processes and KPIs for service operations
- Lead the resolution of complex technical issues and customer complaints
- Coordinate with global technical teams on product updates and service campaigns
- Conduct regular dealer service audits and implement improvement plans
- Analyze warranty claims and technical feedback to identify recurring issues
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in automotive technical service operations, with at least 3 years in a management role
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics
- Experience in developing and delivering technical training programs
- Proven track record in improving service quality and customer satisfaction
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to resolve complex technical issues
- Experience in warranty administration and quality management systems
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
