Key Responsibilities:
1. Network Development Strategy
- Analyze competitor networks and market share within the region to inform network development strategy.
- Identify opportunities for network expansion and optimization to enhance brand presence.
2. Dealer Business Plan Evaluation
- Collaborate with the corporate committee to evaluate dealer business plans and ensure compliance with established processes.
3. Corporate Identity and Standards Compliance
- Oversee and ensure consistent implementation of Corporate Identity and Sales Standards across the dealer network.
4. Dealer Operations Guidance
- Develop and update dealer operation guidelines and processes.
- Set, monitor, and evaluate dealers’ annual operational targets.
5. Data Analysis and Strategy Support
- Analyze dealer performance data to provide insights for network development strategies and support business improvement initiatives.
6. Dealer Performance Evaluation
- Conduct assessments of dealer organizational structure, sales indicators, sales processes, and overall operational performance.
7. Incentive Programs and Monitoring
- Develop and implement dealer incentive policies to drive performance.
Establish an early warning mechanism to proactively address dealer operational issues.
8. Sales Satisfaction Management
- Monitor and enhance customer sales satisfaction across the dealer network.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1.Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive network development and dealer operations, preferably within a dealer group or automotive brand.
2.In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and dealer business models in the Canadian market.
3.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
4.Results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
5.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
6.Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French is an asset.
7.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
