Job Summary
The Field force will be responsible for supporting dealer network operations, managing monthly tactical sales initiatives, and ensuring effective communication with headquarters in China. This role involves sales planning, monitoring competitor sales policies, and executing tactical programs to drive retail performance.
Key Responsibilities
•Act as the primary liaison between the company and dealer network; ensure alignment with brand standards and operational guidelines.
•Monitor competitor sales policies and market trends; provide insights and recommendations to management.
•Manage monthly tactical sales programs, including planning, execution, and performance tracking.
•Support dealers in implementing sales programs, marketing campaigns, and showroom activities.
•Conduct regular field visits to assess showroom operations and coach dealer staff on best practices.
•Prepare reports on dealer performance, tactical program results, and competitor analysis; share insights with headquarters and regional teams.
•Coordinate closely with internal teams and headquarters in China to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
•Minimum 3 years of experience in imported or premium automotive retail, sales planning, or dealer management.
• Experience in sales planning and competitor analysis.
• Knowledge of Korean automotive market and consumer behavior.
•Strong understanding of retail processes, tactical sales programs, and dealer network dynamics.
• Fluent in Chinese and Korean or English (Written and Spoken)
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM and BI tools is a plus.
