Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal advice on infrastructure and renewable energy projects, including procurement, construction, financing, and regulatory compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements (EPC, O&M, supply, services, joint venture, etc.).
- Manage risk allocation and dispute resolution strategies for large-scale projects.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, external counsel, government authorities, and financial institutions.
- Support cross-border transactions and coordinate with international teams where required.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with a background in a reputable law firm, preferably with focus on infrastructure or renewable energy projects.
- Strong command of English, with demonstrated ability to handle contracts and negotiations independently.
- Solid understanding of Australian legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to infrastructure and clean energy developments.
- Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
