Position Summary
The Regional Aftersales Manager is responsible for supporting and managing the performance of the Zeekr dealer network across the assigned region. The role focuses on driving aftersales operational excellence, customer satisfaction, warranty compliance, technical support coordination, and dealer performance improvement in line with Zeekr standards and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support dealer aftersales operations across the assigned region, including service, parts, warranty, and customer care functions.
- Ensure dealer compliance with Zeekr aftersales standards, policies, and operational requirements.
- Monitor and improve dealer KPI performance, including customer satisfaction, warranty performance, service retention, repair quality, and parts availability.
- Conduct regular dealer visits, operational reviews, and performance audits to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support dealers with complex customer concerns, escalations, and technical case coordination.
- Work closely with the technical support team to ensure timely diagnosis and resolution of vehicle issues.
- Coordinate dealer onboarding activities, including workshop readiness, tooling, training, and process implementation.
- Review warranty claim performance and ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures.
- Assist with the implementation of aftersales campaigns, recalls, service actions, and OTA-related activities.
- Support dealer development plans and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain strong communication between dealers, internal departments, and headquarters.
- Provide regular regional performance reports and business updates to management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive aftersales operations or dealer network management.
- OEM automotive experience preferred, ideally within EV or premium automotive brands.
- Strong understanding of service operations, warranty processes, parts operations, and dealer management.
- Experience managing dealer performance and operational standards.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealer management systems.
