What To Expect
We are seeking an Associate Manager to lead and manage the Quality Operations team of Supervisors, Technicians and inspectors. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall effective planning, staffing, training, deployment, and management of the quality operations organization and to ensure that the quality objectives established by management are met. In addition, the expectation is that you will work collaboratively with other cross functional business leaders to drive and implement high level.
What You'll Do
Build a strong, motivated Quality Operations team capable of consistently delivering high-quality performance as well as ability to lead a large team with the level of agility to quickly pivot business priorities based on production needsEnsure sufficient coverage of competent, trained staff to support all Quality and Production targets in all manufacturing operationsMaintain a culture that prioritizes safety and quality through communication, action, and accountability as well as empower the Quality Operations team to collaborate with Quality Engineering team to improve product quality, product manufacturability and line productivityEnsure Quality Operations teams receive effective training and workforce developmentSupport issue resolution including root cause investigation and an environment of continuous learning and improvementWork with other cross functional business leaders to drive and execute high level site objectives as well as train and develop supervisory team using individual development plan techniquesEnsure Quality Operations teams utilize standardized work and consistent work practices across shifts and areas
What You'll Bring
3+ year experience managing teams of people in high volume manufacturing settingDemonstrated ability to support Quality problem identification, prioritization, and resolutionAbility to work with and develop Quality performance metrics as well as able to work well under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlinesCommunicate clearly using excellent written and verbal skillsStrong organization skills with meticulous attention to detailFluent with common MS office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Expected Compensation
$96,000 - $144,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
