Job Title: Aftersales Manager - Austria
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement technical service and training for dealers
- Ensure proper maintenance and repair at the dealerships
- Significant contribution to customer retention and advocacy
- Ensure adequate parts availability - close cooperation with stakeholders
- Provide efficient customer service and complaint management
- Provide continuous dealer support for product, maintenance and process issues
- Conduct new dealer onboarding
- Bring new ideas and suggestions to the Aftersales business
Qualifications
- Certification in technical vehicle skills as well as HV certification
- Min. 6 years of professional experience in Automotive Aftersales
- Demonstrated visible successes in all Aftersales areas
- Confident in technical concern resolution and warranty procedures
- Good communication and facilitation skills to liaise well with stakeholders
- High level of empathy and resilience
- High degree of creativity and flexibility, working in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in German and English language
