About the Role: Responsible for identifying and promoting the resolution of key issues of mass-produced models, ensuring the achievement of various market quality indicators.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct business reviews and knowledge accumulation for market quality issues;
- Identify common problems and management challenges;
- Align cross-functional resources and drive full closed-loop implementation;
- Handle major quality incidents in overseas markets and conduct risk prevention;
- Responsible for optimizing overseas after-sales costs.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of automotive industry experience;
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Design, Vehicle Engineering or relevant disciplines;
- Proficient in English communication;
- Familiar with market quality issue handling processes;
- Overseas experience and automotive quality experience are highly preferred.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication, organization, planning and presentation skills;
- Strong ability to work under pressure.
