Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Tesla Summer Intern (Retail Focus) (2-months program)
to join our Tesla Advisor team and support the customer engagement and sales pipeline development process.
The ideal candidate will assist in welcoming guests, understanding customer needs, providing tailored product education, and supporting test drive scheduling. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about electric vehicles, customer experience, and sales operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
Engage walk-in guests promptly and personally, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported throughout their visit.Understand customer background, intent, and purchase timeline to build a strong and detailed Customer Profile.Educate and excite guests by answering questions and delivering a tailored experience based on their interests and agenda.Demonstrate a strong understanding of Tesla products, services, and local EV incentives.Support Tesla in maintaining a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer contact information and identifying potential purchase intent.Assist in scheduling Test Drives for customers who exhibit interest or readiness to purchase.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth daily showroom operations.Complete other assigned tasks as required.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in bachelor's or master's programs.Availability: 5 days/week during summer holiday, weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) are required throughout the internship period.Driver License is a plus.Strong interest in sales, customer experience, and the EV industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.Proactive attitude and willingness to learn Tesla’s products and sales process.

主動且即時接待來店顧客,開啟對話並確保顧客感受到歡迎與支持。了解顧客背景、購買動機與預計購車時程,建立完整的顧客資料(Customer Profile)。針對顧客需求提供產品介紹與體驗,解答相關問題並提升興趣。熟悉 Tesla 全系列產品與服務內容,以及當地電動車補助與相關政策。協助維持健康的銷售 pipeline,蒐集顧客聯絡資訊並辨識潛在購買意圖。協助安排試駕(Test Drive),支持有高度興趣或購車可能性的顧客。與銷售團隊合作,確保門市日常運營順暢。完成主管交辦的其他相關任務。
工作條件
大學或碩士在學學生。暑期可配合 5 天/週; 週六日需排班。具備駕照加分。對銷售、顧客體驗與電動車產業有高度興趣。具備良好的溝通能力與人際互動技巧。注重細節,具備良好的組織與執行能力。能適應快節奏、團隊合作的工作環境。主動積極,願意學習 Tesla 產品與銷售流程。
