What To Expect
Consider before submitting an application:
This position is expected to start around May or June 2026 and continue through the Summer term (ending approximately August 2026) or continuing into Fall 2026 if available and there is an opportunity to do so. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time and on-site, for most internships. Our internship program is for students who are actively enrolled in an academic program. Recent graduates seeking employment after graduation and not returning to school should apply for full-time positions, not internships.
International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week on-site. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.

What You'll Do
Assist in the development and documentation of visual guidelines, helping define how new products and experiences come to life in-storeSupport the audit process of showroom presentations across North American locations by collecting visual data, analyzing consistency, and reporting deviationsCollaborate with Retail Experience and Store Design team to create standardized procedures that optimize and scale visual execution in storesHelp maintain a central library of visual reference materials and merchandising best practicesParticipate in store visits (virtual and in-person) and assist in the preparation of retail toolkits, visual playbooks, and rollout documentsContribute ideas and research that support the evolution of store presentation and brand storytelling
What You'll Bring
Pursuing a degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, Marketing, Industrial Design, or related fieldStrong visual and aesthetic sensibility, with a passion for brand storytelling through space and designDetail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelinesComfortable analyzing visual data and providing insights to drive consistencyExcellent written, verbal, and visual communication skillsA self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a desire to learn from cross-functional teamsContribute ideas and research that support the evolution of store presentation and brand storytelling

Expected Compensation
$20.43 - $33.65/hour + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
