What To Expect
Consider before submitting an application:
This position is expected to start around January 2026 and continue through the Winter/Spring term (ending approximately May 2026) or continuing into Summer 2026 if available and there is an opportunity to do so. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time and on-site, for most internships. Our internship program is for students who are actively enrolled in an academic program. Recent graduates seeking employment after graduation and not returning to school should apply for full-time positions, not internships.
International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week on-site. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.
The Business Analytics team’s mission is to enable a data driven business and generate values from our data. The team is responsible for providing insights around our business and its associated processes, as well as customers and products. The team directly supports business leaders from our retail locations and at the headquarter, and up to our executive team.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with the Business Analytics and Data Engineering teams to gather, clean, and analyze data from various sources using SQL, Tableau and other data analysis toolsDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports to track business metricsWork on various data-driven projects including data analysis, modeling, forecasting, and reportingDevelop a deep understanding of the business, industry and market trendsIdentify areas of opportunity for process improvement and optimization using data insightsCommunicate findings and recommendations to team members and business stakeholdersPerform ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed
What You'll Bring
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field (data analytics, computer science, business) Proficient in SQL, Tableau and/or any other visualization tools. Experience with Python is a plusProficient in Microsoft ExcelExperience analyzing data sets and providing insights and clear recommendations based on findingsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentCan do attitude and self-driven individualStrong written and verbal communication skills

Expected Compensation
$28.61 - $40.05/hour + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
