- Ensureexternal3Pservice andcollisioncentercustomersreceiveindustry leading customersupport
- Supportourexternal3Pservice andcollision center customersdigitally with any technical or operational questions
- Identifytraining needs or process improvement through the interactions with the external3Pservice andcollisioncenters
- Ensure that processes are developed, assessed, communicated, and administered in compliance withRivian’sobjectives
- Assistwith the operationsandthe success of supporting the needs oftheexternal3Pservice,certified,andnon-certifiedcollisioncenters
- Collaboratecross-functionallywith theService Engineering & Operations Organizationsto obtain the info or direction you need to pass down to theinquiringbusiness
- Create reportsidentifyingmost common inquiries andresponse content to drive program continuousimprovement
- Create, track, and manage support tickets on any inquires you work on for allinquires
- Engage withexternal3Pservice andcollisioncentersregardingprogram performance and repair qualitystandards
- Must be able to completesupport tickets and inquiriesin a compressedtimeline

Qualifications- Collision Repair andMechanical RepairDegree or equivalent experience
- 3+year'sofService or Collision experience
- Knowledgein Electric Vehicle estimation is aplus
- Experience writing service or OEM or Dealerships is aplus
- Understanding ofcollisionrepair practicesand processesusedin collision repairis aplus
- OEM specific collision repair training(s) or mechanical repair trainingis aplus
- Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet projectdeadlines
- Ability to work independently, accurately, and effectively in performing task or duties as assigned tocompletion
- Professional demeanor,strong communication, writing and presentationskills
- Knowledge inSalesforce,Smartsheets, and Lucid Charts is aplus
- Highproficiencyin Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel,SharePoint,and Outlook
- Capableofworkingefficientlyin a start-up environment
- Willingness to work in a strong cross functionalenvironment
- Ability to manage multiple projects across varying geographic locationssimultaneously
- Appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to work effectively with internal and externalpartners
- Mustpossessa valid driver’slicense

Pay DisclosureSalary Range/Hourly Rate for California Based Applicants:$33.31 - $41.63 per hour (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
Benefits Summary:Rivian provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Rivian covers most of the premiums.
