Role SummaryAs a Marketing Operations Coordinator at Rivian, you will be instrumental in streamlining marketing processes and managing campaigns within Jira and other tools to ensure the efficient execution of campaigns. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing workflows, excellent project management skills, and proficiency in using Jira to track and optimize campaign progress, while collaborating with marketing channel teams to deliver high-quality assets that align with overall marketing objectives. You thrive on precision and take pride in executing the daily details that keep projects running smoothly.
Responsibilities- Campaign/Jira Management: Manage marketing campaigns within Jira, including creating and assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and tracking progress.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and address potential issues or delays, escalating to project/program manager.
- Workflow Optimization: Streamlining workflows and implementing best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness across internal teams.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, prepare status reports, and track key metrics.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on Jira usage.
- Quality Assurance: Maintaining data integrity and accuracy to ensure all project information is reliable and consistent with regular audits and standardized data entry practices with clear guidelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Fostering communication and teamwork between different departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing campaigns.
Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in marketing or operations project management.
- Proficiency in Jira preferred
- Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment with a strong bias to action.
- Strong project management experience, including building campaign calendars/trackers, and following up relentlessly to hit deadlines
Pay DisclosureSalary Range for California Based Applicants: $77,800 to $97,300 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
Benefits Summary: Rivian provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time and part-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Full Time Employee coverage is effective on the first day of employment. Part-Time employee coverage is effective the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
