Position Summary
The Logistics Administrator will be responsible for assisting in inspecting orders that arrive at the facility to identify damage and input information into inventory records
Position Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring inventory levels, arranging transportation methods, and managing shipping schedules
- Ensure that electronic or paper files are kept accurately and up to date in order assist in inspecting orders that arrive at the facility to identify damage and input information into inventory records
- Convey data, insights, TCO calculations, and other guidance for helping build prospects’ comfort with a transition to electric vehicles and the financial and other benefits that come with it
- Perform periodic yard checks for cabinet and truck inventory
- Facilitate and handle carrier claims for freight damage or loss.
- Assist the Rental Equipment Manager and Rental Account Coordinator as necessary
- Positive and professional demeanor/appearance on the phone, video calls, and in the office.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
