What To Expect
Consider before submitting an application:
This position is expected to start August/September 2025 and continue through the entire Fall term (i.e. through approximately December 2025) or into Winter/Spring 2026 if available. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time and on-site, for most internships.
International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week on-site. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.

Tesla’s Industrial Energy team is accelerating the transition to a sustainable energy future by deploying large-scale battery energy storage systems like Megapack. The Growth & Content team is responsible for crafting product and brand narratives and delivering them to external stakeholders including customers, regulators, and policymakers—from product launches and factory storytelling to global brand strategy, content, and communications. We’re looking for a driven and creative intern with a passion for renewable energy to help us bring Tesla’ Industrial Energy story to life.

What You'll Do
Supporting product marketing and go-to-market efforts for Megapack and other energy productsDrafting and editing content for campaigns, presentations, and web contentAssisting with content creation across formats including email, social media, and video Helping coordinate logistics and communications for key events and product launches Supporting internal marketing operations and asset management Conducting research on industry trends and competitive positioning Collaborating on metrics reporting and campaign performance analysis
What You'll Bring
Pursuing a Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail Passion for storytelling, clean energy, and the Tesla mission Experience in one or more of the following areas: product marketing, brand marketing, communications, social media, email marketing, or event marketing Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Knowledge of the energy industry is preferred, but not required

Expected Compensation
$20.00 - $50.00/hour + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
