Tesla’s Interiors and Seating team is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager (SCPM) to support our growing vehicle programs. In this role, you will act as the connective tissue between the Interiors & Seating Supplier Industrialization team and key stakeholders across Supply Chain, Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Tesla's Executive Team. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives to launch complex vehicle programs, drive supplier readiness, and de-risk critical path items. This role is deeply analytical and execution-focused, requiring structured thinking, precise communication, and a bias for action. You will serve as a strategic partner for Supplier Industrialization Engineers (SIEs) across multiple commodity teams, bringing clarity, urgency, and alignment to a fast-paced environment where priorities shift rapidly.
What You'll Do
Act as the Supply Chain lead for Interiors & Seating supplier industrialization, delivering program updates, risk visibility, and mitigation plans to Tesla’s Executive TeamDevelop and maintain dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel) for real-time tracking of industrialization progress, SCARs/SORTs, and overall launch readiness metricsDefine and execute project requirements, manage timelines and resources, and implement proactive risk mitigation for successful program launchesIdentify and communicate supplier risks related to cost, quality, or schedule; align cross-functional teams on resolution plansDrive alignment across Engineering, Supplier Industrialization, Commercial, and Manufacturing for key phase gates (APQP, design freeze, tooling kickoff, part qualification, PPAP, etc.)Lead and structure cross-functional reviews with Supply Chain Managers (SCM), Supplier Quality Engineers (SQEs), Material Planners, and Logistics, ensuring ownership and accountability on open actionsSupport executive reviews and supplier escalations with concise, data-driven executive summaries and visualizations that guide strategic decisionsMeasure sourcing progress, milestone adherence, and industrialization health to inform Supply Chain strategy and drive escalationsContinuously improve tools and systems to track equipment readiness, tooling status, and packaging approvals across global supplier sitesCollaborate under pressure in high-stakes environments where supplier quality, readiness, and execution discipline are essential to program success
What You'll Bring
Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field (technical degrees preferred) or equivalent experience2-5 years of experience in supply chain program management, consulting in a relevant field, or industrialization/product launch in a high-velocity manufacturing environmentDeep experience in risk identification, proactive communication, and structured escalation processesAbility to build crisp visuals, dashboards, and executive summaries with tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel to support data-driven decision-makingExceptional verbal and written communication skills, including executive presence and stakeholder influenceStrong cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills, with previous experience working with Engineering and Manufacturing teamsFamiliarity with supplier quality management, industrialization standards, and production readiness frameworksHyper-focused prioritization and the ability to navigate ambiguity with clarity and speedProven ability to adapt to evolving challenges, solve problems under pressure, and push initiatives across the finish line

Expected Compensation
$100,000 - $150,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
