Role Summary
This role is a combination of talent development, culture/teambuilding, and organizational development partnering.Work is a balance of strategic and hands-on tactical responsibilities.Responsibilities include designing, developing and implementing talent processes and development offerings; partnering with business leaders, teams, and individual talent to enhance engagement, retention, and performance; and facilitating efforts and initiatives to improve the culture.Takes ownership for assigned topics and acts as an expert and thought leader to bring best practices forward.
Role Responsibilities
- Designs, develops, implements talent processes and systems; seeks every opportunity to improve the stakeholder/user experience.
- Collaborates on design/development of training to support talent development and facilitates training.
- Creates measures for success and maintains dashboards/reporting.Analyzes data, delivers meaningful data-driven insights, and powerful recommendations for change.
- Aligns with the Sr. Manager of People Operations on planning and prioritizing needs.
- Provides strategic consulting to management on matters related to leadership and culture, team effectiveness, and key talent development.
- Applies instructional design and performance consulting skills to develop training and other solutions for enhancing effectiveness and performance.Creates jobs aids and other resources as appropriate.
- Assesses needs and facilitates team workshops, interventions and/or training to drive culture change, employee engagement and/or performance.
- Coaches leaders and key talent to support leadership effectiveness and pipeline growth.
- Facilitates individual and team assessments and follow up development support.
Years Of Relevant Experience
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in organization, leadership and talent development or equivalent.Expertise to include instructional design, development and implementation/delivery in the following areas: organization development consulting; leadership development, employee development, talent management processes and systems; employee experience, culture/team building, and organization change initiatives to improve the workplace.
Education (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, adult education, organization change, or learning and development
Education (Desired)
- Master’s degree in related field of study

- Strong project and program management abilities, planning, and organization skills, including ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
