Our Contract Recruiter will support our Product Engineering, Digital Software, IT, and/or Manufacturing teams. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role is pivotal in driving our talent acquisition mission. The ideal candidate will excel in a collaborative environment, adapt to ambiguity, meet aggressive timelines, and respond effectively to business needs. This is a hybrid role based out of our manufacturing facility in Casa Grande, AZ. Responsibilities include managing full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates at the senior director level; conducting candidate screenings; building a network of high-potential candidates; partnering with business leaders to develop sourcing strategies; delivering strong interview-to-hire ratios; monitoring recruiting efforts; influencing hiring decisions; gathering and analyzing candidate information; developing offer recommendations; creating sourcing plans aligned with organizational goals; and maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system. Requirements include a bachelor's degree preferred, at least 5 years of recruitment experience preferred, expertise in attracting and negotiating opportunities, proven sourcing strategies, ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and experience recruiting engineering talent in the automotive space is highly desired.
