We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrode Engineering Program Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Electrode Engineering Program Manager, you will oversee the development, design, and implementation of dry battery electrode engineering projects, ensuring success throughout the entire lifecycle, from concept to production.
What You'll Do
Lead and manage electrode engineering programs, ensuring effective planning, execution, and control of all project activitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans, goals, and objectives for dry battery electrode engineering projectsProvide technical guidance and support to engineering teams throughout the project lifecycleIdentify resource needs, allocate personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure successful project execution and deliveryDevelop and manage department and project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-control measuresIdentify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues that may impact project timelines, deliverables, or qualityCollaborate with internal stakeholders to foster effective communication, alignment, and collaborationEstablish and maintain quality standards for electrode engineering projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practicesGather strategic information to make data-driven decisions and identify creative solutions to key program challengesPrepare accurate and timely reports, project documentation, and progress updates for management and stakeholders
What You'll Bring
Degree or relevant experience in Engineering or a related technical fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in electrode engineering, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering programsStrong technical aptitude and understanding of dry battery electrode engineering principlesExcellent project management, leadership, and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to make data-driven decisionsExperience with budgeting, cost control, and resource allocationFamiliarity with industry standards, best practices, and compliance requirements

Expected Compensation
$83,600 - $142,500/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
