Job Summary:
ABB is seeking a Site Manager to lead and oversee project execution at our sites, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. This role involves site leadership, coordination, cost management, and stakeholder relations while ensuring compliance with ABB standards.
**Travel expectations 50% to sites all over the United States and Canada**
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Site Leadership & Coordination – Lead site teams, allocate tasks, and oversee project execution from start to finish.
🔹 HSE & Compliance – Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met; enforce ABB policies and statutory regulations.
🔹 Subcontractor & Cost Management – Supervise subcontractors, control costs, and track progress.
🔹 Stakeholder Engagement – Act as the key contact for customers, suppliers, and authorities to ensure smooth operations.
🔹 Planning & Execution – Manage schedules, risk assessments, logistics, material handling, and project closure activities.
