What You’ll Do
- Responsible for the management of business trips: managing company’s business trip reservation platform, assisting the finance department in processing reimbursements, etc.
- Assist with company logistics and courier management, including handling incoming and outgoing mail, shipping packages, and coordinating with major courier providers on import/export customs matters (e.g., duties, clearance, declarations).
- Assist with vendor management by communicating with external agencies and general administrative service providers, reviewing supplier-related invoices, and submitting payment requests to Finance.
- Assist in the management of the company's existing fixed assets and maintenance of related standing book
- Complete the procurement of office supplies and other products for the company
- Responsible for the organization, digitalization and maintenance of company documents
- Assist in planning and organizing team activities and provide administrative support during large events.
- Complete other related work assigned by the company.
You Are
- German university majoring in literature or economics is preferred
- Relevant work experience preferred
- Fluent German and English preferred
- Proficiency in excel, word and other office software
- Conscientious, responsible, open-minded, patient, excellent communication skills and sense of service
