- System Integration: Lead the development and integration of infotainment systems into vehicle platforms. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integration meets performance and reliability standards.
- Innovation & Development: Participate in the design and development of innovative IVI features. Include the latest technology trends to enhance the user experience and align with Ford's vision of software defined vehicles.
- Problem Solving: Act as the main point of contact for addressing integration challenges, leveraging advanced diagnostic skills to resolve system issues swiftly and effectively.
- Documentation & Collaboration: Create detailed documentation of the integration process, offering clear communication to cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Facilitate collaboration between software, hardware, and UX teams to align objectives and overcome obstacles.

- Demonstrated expertise in integrating complex electrical and software systems into any platform-based system design.
- Strong foundational knowledge of electrical engineering principles as they apply to consumer centric technology.
- Proven ability to lead system development through prototyping to mass production.
- Superior problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to system diagnostics across multiple domains.
- Knowledgeable in various communication protocols such as CAN, Ethernet, and MOST.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in the development of IVI systems from concept to production.
- Familiarity with embedded software systems and a strong understanding of automotive networking and communication systems.
- Comfortable using electrical test equipment and familiar with automotive safety analyses like FMEA or HARA.
- Adept in project management with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Enthusiasm for working in an energetic, cross-functional environment where continuous learning and improvement are prioritized.
