Hybrid. This means the successful candidate is
expected to report to Danbury, CT three times per week, at minimum or other frequency dictated by the business.

The Role
The Associate Regional Director will provide oversight of the tools, data, and resources to enable the sales team to drive the business. They may be responsible for the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the assigned sales organization. The manager ensures their team aggressively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts. These managers review company data reports and process market trends to build, lead, change company tactics and increase sales.
The Role

- Create a customer centric culture of empowerment, results focused mindset and drive change management.
- Primary lead between Regional Customer Care and Aftersales (CCA), HQ, CCA Service Operations and Key Internal/External Workgroups.
- Develop and Support the Service and Independent Aftermarket (IAM) Strategy for the Region.
- Lead and manage the IAM field sales team to achieving performance goals.
- Achieve Retail & IAM Targets and Drive Revenue Growth.
- Develop, coordinate and support the yearly business plan process focusing on revenue growth and sales objective attainment.
- Provide accurate forecasting and planning.
- Support development and execution of Regional customer activities, including but not limited to: NPS, retention, BDC dealer engagement/deployment and pilot programs.
- Coordinate, support and lead EV launch strategies and EV dealer compliance.
- Accountable for overall Service KPIs/CAP metrics for the Region.
- Create effective countermeasure to mitigate headwinds and drive innovation.
- KPI’s: SRT sales objective, NPS, Retention, STS Training, EV Training & Compliance

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience.
- 5+ years of experience leading, guiding and improving dealership fixed operations in a wholesale and/or retail environment.
- 3 + years of Leading, Coaching and Developing People.
- Proficient automotive technical knowledge and business acumen including service operations, warranty administration and customer experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Dealership Service & Parts Operations:
- Automotive Parts and Service Systems
- Dealer Operating Report & Fixed Analysis Tools
- Dealership profit department’s structure and interconnectivity
- Consultative Selling Skills
- Proficient knowledge of the Independent Aftermarket.
- Effective oral and written persuasive and informative communication skills.
- Experience leading complex projects and creating strategy with proven results.
Compensation: The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The compensation may not be representative for positions located outside of New York, Colorado, California, or Washington.
- The salary range for this role is ($158,500 - $242,900). The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
- Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
