Role Summary
Electric Era is seeking a strategic, execution-oriented Head of Marketing to lead the company’s go-to-market strategy and marketing operations during a period of rapid growth. This leader will own brand positioning, demand generation, and integrated campaign delivery across retail, fleet, and utility verticals. The Head of Marketing will work closely with Sales, Business Development, and RevOps to ensure strong alignment between marketing activities and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a comprehensive go-to-market strategy tailored to Electric Era’s ideal customer profiles and growth objectives.
- Own end-to-end execution of full-funnel demand generation campaigns, including:
- Event marketing (conferences, trade shows, webinars)
- Social media strategy and publishing
- Content development (brochures, white papers, blogs, case studies)
- Paid media (SEM, LinkedIn, programmatic)
- Website optimization and SEO/SEM
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM) in collaboration with Sales
- Public relations and earned media strategy
- Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, including specialists across product marketing, digital, content, brand, PR, and marketing operations.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, BD, and RevOps to align messaging, campaign execution, and attribution logic with pipeline targets.
- Implement campaign and performance tracking with regular reporting on top-of-funnel performance, lead quality, ICP engagement, and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in building and executing demand generation and brand strategies at a scaling startup or growth-stage company.
- Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing, lead attribution, and ABM strategies.
- Strong leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Experience in clean energy, EV infrastructure, mobility, or retail tech industries is a plus.
