Job Description:
- Sales Order Management: Manage sales orders, create SAP orders and invoices, oversee shipments, and ensure accurate and efficient execution of order management.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with logistics, finance, and other departments to coordinate new orders or special transportation needs, ensuring error-free order execution.
- Sales Operations Support: Organize sales meetings, track sales progress and key metrics, and ensure effective communication and implementation of meeting decisions.
- Sales Data Analysis: Maintain sales and customer information, regularly produce sales reports, analyze sales data, identify business challenges, and provide optimization suggestions.
- Sales Forecasting and Inventory Management: Regularly update sales forecasts, ensure adequate inventory levels, and enhance supply chain collaboration efficiency.
- Customer Relationship Management: Assist sales managers and project teams in maintaining customer relationships, monitor key customer communication progress, and support quotation work.
- Process Optimization and System Support: Collaborate with IT, supply chain, and other cross-departmental teams to optimize delivery processes, resolve bottlenecks, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Administrative and Support Tasks: Complete other related tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth operation of sales support functions.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience: More than 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Abilities: Strong communication and coordination skills, meticulous and patient, able to handle work pressure.
- Professional Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, experience with SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, and other data tools is preferred.
- Language Requirements: Fluent in English, proficiency in Chinese is mandatory.

工作职责：
- 销售订单管理：处理销售订单，创建SAP订单和发票，指导发货，确保订单管理的准确性与高效执行。
- 跨部门协调：与物流、财务等部门合作，协调新订单或特殊运输需求，确保订单执行无误。
- 销售运营支持：组织销售例会，跟踪销售进展及关键指标，确保会议决策的有效传递与执行。
- 销售数据分析：维护销售及客户信息，定期制作销售报告，分析销售数据，识别业务难点，并提供优化建议。
- 销售预测与库存管理：定期更新销售预测，确保库存充足，提升供应链协同效率。
- 客户关系管理：协助销售经理及项目团队维护客户关系，跟踪关键客户沟通进展，并支持报价工作。
- 流程优化与系统支持：与IT、供应链等跨部门团队协作，优化交付流程，解决流程瓶颈，提高整体运营效率。
- 行政及支持工作：完成主管交办的其他相关任务，确保销售运营支持工作的顺利开展。
任职要求：
- 经验：2年以上相关工作经验。
- 能力：具备良好的沟通协调能力，细心耐心，能承受一定的工作压力。
- 专业技能：熟练使用Excel，PowerPoint，会SAP，Salesforce，Power BI等数据工具优先
- 语言要求：英文熟练，中文必须。
