Job Responsibilities:
- As an Admin Specialist you will be in charge of managing administrative service requirements, providing office management solutions. Transfer admin solutions to procurement and suppliers to ensure that the requirements implemented effectively;
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs Liaise with procurement management vendors, including cleaning, facilities use, and security services.
- Maintain the office operation management, such as responsible for the delivery, tracking and customs declaration of company packages; complete the purchase of office needs; handling general phone calls and email, and support staff queries regarding office management issues
- Assist the CEO Office in on-site administrative service related work, organize office events, team building activities.
- Fleet management, management company cars, pool car and car insurances.
- Partner with HR to maintain office policies and improve employees benefits as necessary, and assist onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Partner with Finance to ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time; and manage the company's existing fixed assets and maintain related ledgers.
- Assist other colleagues with urgent matters when required.
- Provide general support to visitors
Job Requirements:
- Ideally, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in administrative management or supplier management.
- Must hold a valid visa that permits full-time work.
- Strong ability to manage priorities effectively in a large, complex, and fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
- A valid driving licence is an advantage.

岗位职责:
- 负责管理行政服务需求,提供办公室管理解决方案。将行政管理解决方案转交给采购和供应商,确保需求得到有效落实;
- 维护办公室条件并安排必要的维修与采购管理。与包括清洁、设施使用和安保服务的供应商联络;
- 维护办公室运营管理,如负责公司包裹的交付、跟踪和报关;完成办公室所需物品的采购;处理一般电话和电子邮件,并支持员工就办公室管理问题提出询;
- 协助CEO办公室处理现场行政服务相关工作,例如管理會議室預約與安排、组织办公室活动和公司团建活动等。
- 公司车辆管理,负责公司车辆租赁,保险安排及pool car登记管理;
- 与人力资源部门合作,维护办公室政策,必要时改善员工福利,协助入职和离职流程。
- 与财务部门合作,确保所有项目按时开具发票并付款;管理公司现有固定资产并维护相关分类账。統整並釐清異常發票事項。
- 必要时协助其他同事处理紧急事务。

任职要求:
- 拥有工商管理、经济学或相关领域的学士学位者优先。
