Seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on high-power EV charging systems. This role combines hands-on technical work with customer interaction and requires extensive travel.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work on charging systems
- Perform commissioning and periodic maintenance interventions
- Work independently and collaboratively to maximize repair efficiency
- Document repairs thoroughly and consistently
- Provide feedback to remote service and development teams
- Coordinate service interventions within the assigned territory
Requirements
- 2+ years of support role in the EV charging industry or related fields, such as solar, battery energy storage systems, etc.
- Experience as an electrician in the low-voltage range (up to 1,000V)
- Technical certification or experience in electrical engineering
- Basic software and diagnostic skills
- Full stack IT infrastructure knowledge (hardware, software, network, telecommunications)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Windows, Excel, Word)
- Strong customer service orientation
- Professional communication abilities
- Experience working under time pressure
- Ability to manage urgent customer escalations
- Ability to lift 75 lbs (components and units)
- Capable of repeated ladder climbing
- Able to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license
- Valid passport
- Flexibility for overtime work
