Job Description:
We are seeking thriving candidates who want to join us and propel our electrification journey at Star Charge. This is a part-time onsite position in Fremont, CA with opportunity to become a full-time employee in the future.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Assist on all account booking for all group entities which include GL, AR, AP and fixed assets etc.
- Perform month-end and year-end of financial closing
- Monitoring of account receivables for all group entities
- Prepare weekly sales report to ensue all transactions are accounted for
- Assist with audit queries and reports
- Maintain good documentation, journals, staff claims, and transmittal forms to ensure compliance processes for internal/external audit
- Assist on GST filing
- Provide support on various budget exercise, management reports and ad-hoc projects
- Any other duties as required by the manager/director
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting.
- Good report writing and communication skills
- Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, experienced in ERP systems and other evolving digital processing systems
- Experience in SAP is preferred
- Team player, good personal communication skills, inquisitive with a can-do attitude
