Role SummaryThe Program Manager, MDM Processes & Tools will partner closely with the Engineering and PLM business applications teams to define, implement, and optimize standardized business practices and solutions for end-to-end Master Data Management (MDM) processes. This role will facilitate trade-off decisions between various departments, develop and manage program plans, and drive continuous improvement through key performance indicators. The Program Manager will act as a change agent, ensuring the adoption of MDM tools and processes across the organization, and deliver key program management reports to support leadership decision-making.
Responsibilities- Partner with Engineering & PLM business applications team to define requirements & deliver standard business practices and solutions for end to end Master Data Management (MDM) processes.
- Facilitate and manage trade-off decisions between Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Service departments.
- Develop clear and concise program plans to drive multiple projects concurrently and ensure business efficiencies stay on track.
- Communicate and train business teams who interface with key projects.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes through the use of key KPIs and metrics.
- Deliver key program management reports for enabling leadership decision making.
- Be a force for change in the organization and drive adoption of MDM tools and processes.
- Manage change, issue, program timing, reporting, product documentation, release, design, validation, sourcing, industrialization, vehicle launch, and manufacturing bring up activities through MDM.
Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in product development program management, engineering, supply chain, or vehicle operations.
- Hands-on experience delivering products from concept to production.
- Deep understanding of MDM tools and processes from design to line.
- BS in Engineering or a similar technical degree.
- Ability to simplify complex MDM challenges.
- Hands-on, open-minded attitude.
- Adventurous and curious mindset.
- Experience interfacing on a range of challenges, from deep set ERP system problems through to Vehicle program deliverables.
Pay DisclosureSalary Range Irvine-Based Applicants: $154,000-$193,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, and other factors permitted by law).
