Job Title: Project Sourcing Manager

Compensation: $41.50 - $86.98/hour (W2)

Position Summary:
As a Senior Project Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for managing sourcing activities for strategic projects—particularly those related to manufacturing capacity extension. You will ensure sourcing strategies are aligned with product development goals, supplier capabilities, and operational timelines, while maintaining focus on cost, quality, and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end procurement execution for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with product strategies and cross-functional stakeholder needs.
- Develop and maintain project sourcing plans in collaboration with business leaders.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure smooth project delivery and transition to ongoing operations teams.
- Apply category and supplier strategies to deliver project goals in regulated environments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; preferred in Business, Life Sciences, or Chemical disciplines.
- 6+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain (5–7 years with a Master’s degree).
- Strong background in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and project delivery.
- Knowledge of direct spend categories and procurement best practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and sourcing platforms (e.g., eSourcing, eAuction).
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with procurement in regulated industries (e.g., medical, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing).
- Track record of delivering measurable value through sourcing strategies and cost optimization.
