Summary/Objective
JOB DESCRIPTION
This role will coordinate support and programmatic logistics efforts for the Development Program. Working with the various heads of the department and events, this team will be the liaison and ensure we are working efficiently.
This role will support project management efforts, on-site execution efforts, coordination of equipment and resources with events, ensure collection and processing of scouting reports, act as the on-site and off-site support liaison and collaborate as necessary with customer service.

- Support the Development Program team – including support of athlete events and the academy experiences
- Collaborate with events to work with contracted personnel for competitive events and virtual engagements in the community
- Ensure collection of scouting reports and apply any machine learning as necessary in support of the Athlete Scouting Manager
- Work with the head of athlete scouting on camera needs and coordinate with events on proper positioning and setup at events
- Act as the on-site and off-site liaison for equipment between Development Program personnel and events – including equipment for drills, combine, cameras and other areas as necessary
- Maintain documentation and processes relevant to the compliance and eligibility of potential personnel and contractors for our events (Certifications, Memberships, Background Checks)
- Handle day-to-day contract management tasks – including working with team to send out contracts to personnel and ensuring they are signed and meet USA Football HR, accounting and compliance requirements
- Work with Project Management team internally to ensure tasks are up to date for the Development Program team
- Collaborate with team as necessary on list management and eligibility of athletes
- Support age-verification needs for events on-site as necessary
- Support event setup and tear down as required
As required by the Equal Pay Transparency Act, USA Football provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, etc. The hourly pay range for this position is as follows: $19.32- $28.98.
This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Must meet requirements.

Required Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in sports management or related field
- Preferred 1+ years of experience working in sports events or related field
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Collaborative attitude and approach to ensuring the job gets done
Preferred Education And Experience
- Preferred experience in football (of any game type)
Supervisory Responsibility
This position may have intern responsibilities in the future and will work with contractors.
Work Environment
This job primarily operates in a remote office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
Physical Demands
Requires the ability to sit for more than four hours per day, reading, listening, stooping, bending and manual dexterity.
