Description
Amazon Ads is at a pivotal moment in the growth of its Audio & Podcast advertising business. As we transition to a multi-publisher tech platform, our goal is to simplify and scale our ad products—making them more relevant, easier to buy, and accessible for all Amazon advertisers.
As Principal, Ads Strategy & Business Developer, you will play a key leadership role in this transformation. You will work across engineering, measurement, customer insights, sales, go-to-market, and demand programs, driving innovation and strategic alignment across Amazon Ads. In addition, you will partner closely with 1P and 3P publisher teams (Twitch, Amazon Music, Wondery, Alexa, Pandora, iHeart, Audacy, Spotify, Amazon Video, etc.), influencing consumer-facing roadmaps to enhance measurement and insights.
Success in this role requires strong cross-functional leadership, high-judgment decision-making, and the ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholders. You will balance complex trade-offs, leveraging data-driven insights, financial acumen, and technical fluency to create high-impact strategies that drive revenue growth and optimize publisher monetization.
